The Waist Trimmer

I found this set of exercises the other day while browsing through some different workout tips. I modified the sets just a bit because I wanted to do at least 3 sets.  Depending on your personal goals, do this about 2-3 times per week to trim your waistline. (Don’t forget about mixing in cardio on the other days)

40 Jumping Jacks

8 Burpees

4 Star jumps

40 Russian twists

20 Oblique twists (per side, with or without medicine ball)

:30 second side planks (per side)

:40 second plank (tummy tight)

20 bicycles

30 Jumping Jacks

6 Burpees

20 mountain climbers (I know you hate them)

10 Side leg lifts (per leg)

Now Repeat 3 times with 1 minute (or less if you’re awesome) in between sets.
