You must eliminate the layers of fat around your midsection before you will ever see definition. You can knock yourself out doing crunch after crunch or sit up after sit up, but you have to peel back the layers of fat internally by eating the right foods. # 1: Oatmeal: The REAL oatmeal. Not the fru fru flavored kind packed with a pound of sugar. Buy real oats and throw in some low cal sweetener or fruit for taste.

#2: Eggs: Eggs are so high in protein. Any kind of egg is good for you (even frying it, believe it or not), but try and opt for egg whites. PURE protein if you’re really serious.

#3: Berries: Eat all of the colors of the rainbow when it comes to fruit. Raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, melon, kewi, and cherries. Full or nutrients, fiber, minerals and vitamins.
