Lose 10 Pounds in 2 seconds!

So, say you need to lose 10 pounds in the next day? We’ve all been there, or at least I know I have been there.

We may have a solution for you that does not cause pain or involve laxatives or ipecac syrup. The way you stand can make you look significantly skinnier, confident and more attractive in general.

The Steps

  • First stand with you side towards the camera then twist your body around leaving your feet in place so you are looking at the camera.
  • Place your hands on hips.
  • Then bend you knee slightly that is closest to the “photographer”
  • Pull your shoulder that is over your straight leg forward (the arm furthest from the camera).
  • You should be looking pretty good at this point. Now don’t forget to put a smile on your face! Confidence is key to looking great!

Once you get the hang of it posing will come natural.

We admit it, Amanda is a skinny girl, but notice her pose. Standing straight with her arms to her sides does nothing to flatter her curves.
